The companion app
The Stop Looking for Love companion app (the 30-Day Challenge & Reader Worksheets) is designed around a simple principle: your journal is yours.
- Everything you write stays on your device. Journal entries, worksheet answers, and challenge progress are stored locally on your phone only.
- No account is required, and none can be created. We cannot read, access, or recover anything you write.
- We collect no personal data through the app — no analytics identifiers, no location, no contacts, no advertising trackers.
- Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
- Deleting the app deletes your data. You can also export your journal from Settings at any time.
This website
If you join the mailing list at stoplookingforlove.com, we store the email address you submit so we can notify you about the companion app launch and occasional updates about the book. That's the only thing we use it for.
- We never sell or share your email address.
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
- This site does not use advertising trackers. Basic, anonymous hosting logs (provided by our hosting provider) may record page visits.
Purchases
Books are sold by third-party retailers (such as Amazon or BookBaby). Purchases are governed by those retailers' own privacy policies — we never see your payment information.
Children
The app and website are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
